Position Overview

Salary: 4500zł netto

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Proactively monitor the movement of freight
  • Communication with drivers
  • Provide phone support during the delivery process

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
  • Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Working hours: from 14:00 till 23:00 (Monday — Friday)
