Position Overview
Salary: 4500zł netto
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Proactively monitor the movement of freight
- Communication with drivers
- Provide phone support during the delivery process
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
- Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Working hours: from 14:00 till 23:00 (Monday — Friday)
